Citrus Limetta Pursha or commonly known as Pursha, is a fruit tree of still uncertain origin, it is thought to be the result of a cross between Lime and Chinotto or between Lime and Orange or between Lime and Chinotto.
The yellow fruit looks similar to a mandarin, but the peel does not adhere to the pulp.
Thanks to its sweet and sour flavour, it is used in cooking to marinate meat dishes, flavour salads and to prepare tasty fruit juices, as it is rich in vitamin C and potassium.
